Issuers update terms periodically. The issuing bank's published MITC and Schedule of Charges always take legal precedence.

CardRecommend is a free, independent credit card research and financial education platform. CardRecommend is not an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), scheduled commercial bank, or lending institution, and does not issue credit cards or provide individual financial advice.
All credit card terms, joining perks, annual fees, fee waiver thresholds, reward redemption rates, forex markups, and lounge access conditions are subject to change by respective issuing banks.
Card applications are submitted directly through official bank channels or authorized affiliate networks, with credit approval solely at the issuing bank's discretion based on credit history, income documentation, and underwriting guidelines.
03Research Accuracy & Official Precedence
While CardRecommend utilizes an official-source-first verification process to audit card specifications against published Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITCs) and bank tariff sheets:
- Bank Terms Control: In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on CardRecommend and the official schedule published on an issuing bank's website, the bank's official documentation shall always take precedence.
- No Absolute Guarantee: Financial institutions frequently revise reward rules, merchant exclusions, and lounge access thresholds. We do not warrant that all card data is perpetually error-free or instantaneously updated upon unannounced bank revisions.
04Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks
All original research methodologies, calculations, ranking algorithms, website design, text copy, code, and graphical assets are the intellectual property of CardRecommend Technologies India.
Bank names, card names, issuer logos, payment network marks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, Diners Club), and merchant trademarks are the property of their respective trademark holders and are utilized on CardRecommend strictly for comparative, informational, and identification purposes under fair use.
05Acceptable Platform Usage
You agree to use CardRecommend solely for legitimate personal research. You agree not to:
- Deploy automated bots, scrapers, spiders, or extraction scripts to harvest data from CardRecommend without explicit written authorization.
- Attempt to bypass security features, reverse-engineer proprietary reward valuation algorithms, or interfere with platform servers.
- Misrepresent CardRecommend's editorial conclusions as personalized financial recommendations for third parties.
